Closing polls

As soon as the polls have been closed and the last qualified voter has voted, no further
voting on any ballot may be had and the vote recording devices utilized in counties with
electronic voting systems where votes are recorded by perforating shall be sealed against
further voting. All unused ballots shall be placed in a container for return to the clerk of the
county commission. e
