West Virginia Code § 29-3E-12

Miscellaneous offenses; penalties

Any person who violates a provision of this article for which a penalty is not expressly set
forth is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than
$100.00 nor more than $500.00. The provisions of this section shall be effective June 1,
2016.
