Each video lottery terminal shall be capable of continuing the current game with all current game features after a video lottery terminal malfunction is cleared. If a video lottery terminal is rendered totally inoperable during game play, the limited video lottery retailer shall return the current wager and all credits appearing on the video lottery terminal screen prior to the malfunction to the player. e
