Video gambling machines declared contraband

Effective January 1, 2002, and thereafter, video gambling machines are per se illegal
gambling devices which may be seized and destroyed as illegal contraband by any law-
enforcement agency having jurisdiction over the political subdivision in which the device is
found, and the owner or owners of the device have no right to compensation for the seizure
and destruction of any video gambling machine. u
