Crimes; forgery, counterfeiting, etc. of lottery tickets; penalties

Any person who, with intent to defraud, falsely makes, alters, forges, utters, passes, or
counterfeits a lottery ticket is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
fined not more than $1,000, or be confined in a state correctional facility for not more than
one year, or both fined and confined.
