(a) The members of the board appointed and serving in accordance with section two of this article shall assist in the coordination of atomic and other energy-related activities within this state. (b) The board members are hereby authorized and empowered to assist in the orderly development of atomic and other energy-related knowledge within the State of West Virginia.
