Penalties for violation of article

Any person placing or aiding, abetting, or conspiring to place state insurance in violation of
any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof
shall be fined not to exceed $1,000 or imprisoned for a period not to exceed six months, or
may be punished by both such fine and imprisonment.
