The commissioner shall arrange for the creation and updating of catalogues and a website containing descriptions of the correctional industries articles and products manufactured or produced pursuant to the provisions of this article. The commissioner shall make copies of the catalogue and the website address available to entities eligible to acquire correctional industries articles and products. e
