Small business environmental compliance assistance program,

The secretary of the Department of Commerce, labor, and environmental resources shall
establish a small business stationary source technical and environmental compliance
assistance program which meets the requirements of Title V of the Clean Air Act
Amendments of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §7661 et seq. A compliance advisory panel ecomposed of
seven members appointed as follows shall be created to periodically review the effectiveness
and results of this assistance program: r
(a) Two members who are not owners, nor representatives of owuners, of small business
stationary sources, selected by the Governor to represent the general public;
(b) One member selected by the Speaker of the House of Delegates who is an owner or who
represents owners of small business stationary sources;
(c) One member selected by the minority leader of lthe House of Delegates who is an owner
or who represents owners of small business stsationary sources;
(d) One member selected by the Presidenti of the Senate who is an owner or who represents
owners of small business stationary sources;
(e) One member selected by the minority leader of the Senate who is an owner or who
represents owners of small business stationary sources; and
(f) One member selected by the director to represent the director.
