Validity of unit agreements

No agreement between or among coalbed methane operators or owners entered into for the
development of coalbed methane or forming drilling units therefor may be held to violate the
statutory or common law of this state prohibiting monopolies or acts, arrangements,
contracts, combinations or conspiracies in restraint of trade or commerce.
