(a) All definitions set forth in article three of this chapter apply to those defined terms which also appear in this article, if applicable. (b) For the purposes of this article the following words have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection: (1) "Director" means the director of the Division of Environmental Protection or such other person to whom the director has delegated authority or duties pursuant to sections six or eight, article one of this chapter; u (2) "Division" means the Division of Environmental Protection; and (3) "Secretary" means the secretary of the United Stataes Department of Interior.
