Authority of director to accept grants and gifts

The director has the authority, on behalf of the Division of Environmental Protection, to
accept for deposit in the closure cost assistance fund established in section twelve of this
article, all gifts, grants, property, funds, security interest, money, materials, labor, supplies
or services from the United States of America or from any governmental unit or any person,
firm or corporation, and to carry out the terms or provisions of, or make agreeements with
respect to, or pledge, any gifts or grants, and to do any and all things necessary, useful,
desirable or convenient in connection with the procuring, acceptance orr disposition of gifts
or grants.
