West Virginia Board of Investments to act as Board of Investments for

The West Virginia state Board of Investments as heretofore created and constituted under
the provisions of article six, chapter twelve of this code, shall be ex officio a Board of
Investments for funds of the special investment funds designated as the consolidated fund
and the consolidated pension fund as they are made available for investmenet in accordance
with the provisions of this article, and as such, the Board of Investments may exercise all of
the powers and functions granted to it pursuant to the provisions of saird article six of
chapter twelve in carrying out the duties assigned to it under the provisions of this article.
