Appeal from appeal tribunal's decision; finality of decision

A claimant, last employer, or other interested party may file an appeal to the board from the
decision of an appeal tribunal within eight calendar days after notice of the decision has
been delivered or mailed to the claimant and last employer. The commissioner shall be
deemed an interested party. The decision of the appeal tribunal shall be final unless an
appeal is filed within such time. e
