West Virginia Code § 21A-10-10

General penalty

A person who wilfully violates a provision of this chapter or rule or regulation thereunder for
which a specific penalty has not been imposed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200, or be imprisoned for not
longer than thirty days, or both. Each day such violation continues shall be a separate
offense. e
