Washing facilities and dressing rooms

In all factories, mercantile establishments, mills or workshops, adequate washing facilities
shall be provided for the employees, where necessary. When the labor performed by the
employees is of such a character as to make customary or necessary a change of clothing by
the employees, there shall be provided a sanitary and suitable dressing room or rooms.
Separate dressing rooms and washing facilities shall be maintained for eache sex.
