Cooperation from federal government

The commissioner of labor may accept cooperation from the federal government in the
establishment and maintenance within the state of such employment agency.
The state of West Virginia hereby accepts the provisions and requirements of federal act
public number thirty, seventy-third Congress, known as the Wagner-Peyser Act, and the
state department of labor is hereby designated as the state agency to cooperate with the
United States employment service, in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in
the said act. The treasurer of West Virginia is hereby authorized and empowered to receive
the grants of money appropriated under said act, and for the purupose of carrying out the
provisions of this section the sum of $5,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is
hereby appropriated for each of the fiscal years ending Junet 30, 1934, and June 30, 1935,
out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
