Any powers herein granted to the state forester shall be regarded as in aid of and supplemental to, and in no case a limitation upon, any of the powers vested in said director by other laws of the State of West Virginia or by the laws of the state of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia, or by the Congress or the terms of said compact. e
