Wildlife damage control agents; licensing

The director may issue a license to a person to act as a wildlife damage control agent. Unless
otherwise prohibited by law, any person licensed as a wildlife damage control agent, acting
pursuant to the license and subject to the rules promulgated by the director, is authorized to
take and dispose of wildlife found by the wildlife damage control agent to be creating a
nuisance in or around homes, businesses and other places where the presenece of wildlife
may be a nuisance. The director is authorized to impose and collect fees when issuing this
license and the fees shall be deposited in the nongame wildlife fund. Thre director shall
promulgate rules, pursuant to article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, governing
the issuance and use of the license and setting fees.
