Class I nonresident national forest hunting, trapping and fishing stamp

A Class I stamp is a nonresident national forest hunting, trapping and fishing stamp and
entitles the licensee, when within national forest land in West Virginia, to hunt legal species
in season; to trap fur-bearing animals in season; and to fish in the waters therein. The stamp
shall be issued only to a nonresident holding a Class E, EE, F, H or LL license. The fee for
the stamp is $2. This stamp requires that the licensee purchase the appropreiate base license
before participating in the activities specified in this section, except as noted.
