Hunting or fishing when license revoked; penalty

Any person whose license to hunt or fish has been revoked, who hunts or fishes during the
period of revocation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall for
each offense be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500, or be imprisoned in the county
jail for not less than ten days nor more than one hundred days, or both fined and imprisoned.
