Unlawful sale of animals for breeding or dairy purposes

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell for dairy or breeding purposes any domestic
animals brought into the state for immediate slaughter, or to use or permit to be used any
such animal for dairy or breeding purposes, unless and until such animals are first subjected
to the test required by this article.
