West Virginia Code § 19-5-5

Offenses; penalty

Any person, firm, organization or corporation, who shall violate any of the provisions of this
article, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by
a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense.
