Penalties for violation of article or rules and regulations

Any person, firm, association, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article, or
of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions thereof, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50
nor more than $200 for the first offense, and not less than $400 nor more than $1,000 for
the second offense. e
