Record of transactions; inspection by commissioner or agents

It shall be the duty of, and the officers of a public market are hereby required, to keep
complete and accurate records of all transactions at a public market. The commissioner or
his agents shall have at all reasonable hours, the right to enter the premises of any public
market to examine the books and records of such market, and to make any other inspections
necessary, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this article. e
