Upon dissolution of the corporation known as the "West Virginia State Farm Museum" and the transfer of the corporation's assets to the State of West Virginia, the commissioner of agriculture shall administer the museum and the assets. The West Virginia State Farm Museum shall be located at Point Pleasant in the county of Mason. e The commissioner of agriculture may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of chapter twenty-nine-a of this code to carry out the provisions of this section. u
