The General John McCausland Memorial Farm is hereby established. Situate on the southern side of Kanawha River in Arbuckle District and on the northern side of Kanawha River in Lewis and Cooper Districts, Mason County, this farm shall be managed by the commissioner of agriculture or his designated representative in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The commissioner of agriculture may lease or assign the farm to aney other West Virginia governmental agency or spending unit.
