Mandatory labeling

(a) The commissioner shall review labels to be used on kratom and kratom products to be
sold in this state.
(b) The commissioner may require and prescribe such labeling as the commissioner may
determine to be necessary and appropriate for kratom and kratom products to be sold to the
final consumer in this state.
(c) Kratom and kratom products may not be sold to the final consumer in this state without
an approved label. u
