Invoice requirements

(a) Every person, firm or corporation selling eggs to a retailer or manufacturer shall furnish
an invoice showing the size and quality of the eggs according to the standards prescribed by
this article together with the name and address of the person by whom the eggs were sold
and date of the sale. This invoice shall be retained for one year.
(b) The commissioner of agriculture is authorized to examine the invoices and such other
records needed to determine the cause and place of any violation of this article.
