Faculty employment practices; campus administrators required to teach

Each governing board, with the advice and assistance of the faculty senate, shall promulgate
and adopt a rule in accordance with section six, article one of this chapter addressing the
following issues:
(a) Defining an appropriate balance between full-time and adjunct faculty members and the
appropriate role of adjunct faculty; and
(b) Requiring each administrator on each campus who holds facuulty rank to teach at least
one course during each eighteen-month employment period or to perform on-going research
in lieu of teaching.
