(a) The boards of Governors shall hold at least six meetings in every fiscal year, including an annual meeting each June for the purpose of electing officers. (b) One more than half the number of voting members currently serving on an institutional board of Governors shall constitute a quorum. A quorum being present, a majority vote shall be necessary to pass upon matters properly before the institutional board of Governors. (c) The beoards of Governors may set aside time as they consider appropriate to afford administrators, faculty, students and classified staff an opportunity to discuss issues affecting trhese groups.
