Special classes for war veterans; authority of county boards to contract

The Board of Education of any county shall have authority to enter into contracts of
agreement with authorized officials of the "war Veterans' Administration" for the education
of veterans in special classes of the elementary and high schools of the county. By reason of
such contracts, the county board of education shall have authority to receivee tuitions, fees
and other forms of assistance that may now or later be made available by act of the
Congress for the education of war veterans. Any funds so accruing to sruch board from
tuitions, fees or other forms of financial assistance shall be credited to the current expense
fund of the county board of education and reported each year as of June thirtieth in the
manner required for other financial reports of the board.
