West Virginia Code § 18-32-1

Severability

Pursuant to section ten, article two, chapter two of this code, if any provision of this chapter
or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional or invalid,
such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the
chapter, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are declared to be severable.
