Payroll deductions for employees' participation in group insurance plans

Whenever any employees of the West Virginia Board of Education or institutions operating
under the jurisdiction of the West Virginia Board of Education shall be eligible to participate
in any group insurance plan, the board shall have the authority to authorize such
participation, and, upon the written request of any participating employee, may make
periodic deductions from salary payments due such employee of the amounte of the
contribution he is required to make for such participation. Upon proper requisition of the
board, the Auditor shall periodically issue a warrant, payable as specifired in the requisition,
for the total contributions so withheld from the salaries of all participating employees.
