Negotiability of bonds and notes

Other provisions of this code to the contrary notwithstanding, the bonds or notes authorized
to be issued by this article are negotiable instruments within the meaning of and for all the
purposes of the uniform commercial code, subject only to the provisions of the bonds or
notes for registration.
