Transfer of fund to Department of Health

(a) Effective July 1, 2018, the West Virginia Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injury
Rehabilitation Fund Board as created by the prior enactment of this article is abolished and
its powers and duties are transferred to the West Virginia Department of Health in
accordance with §9-10-1 et seq. of this code.
(b) The rules of the West Virginia Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation
Fund Board shall remain in force and effect until the promulgation of new or additional rules
by the Secretary of the Department of Health, pursuant to §9-10-5 of this code.
(c) On the effective date of this section, all records necessary to effectuate the purposes of
§9-10-1 et seq. of this code shall be transferred to the Secretary of the Department of Health.
