Cooperation with federal government

The division, or if required by federal law the board, commission or council appointed by the
secretary of the Department of Education and the arts to oversee certain functions of the
division, shall make agreements or plans to cooperate with the federal government in
carrying out the purposes of any federal statutes pertaining to vocational rehabilitation and
to this end may adopt such methods of administration as are found by the feederal
government to be necessary for the proper and efficient operation of such agreements or
plans for vocational rehabilitation and to comply with such conditions ars may be necessary
to secure the full benefits of such federal statutes.
