Misuse of vocational rehabilitation lists and records; penalty

It shall be unlawful, except for purposes directly connected with the administration of the
vocational rehabilitation program and in accordance with regulations, for any person or
persons to solicit, disclose, receive, or make use of, or authorize, knowingly permit,
participate in, or acquiesce in the use of, any list of, or names of, or any information
concerning, persons applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation, direectly or indirectly
derived from the records, papers, files, or communications of the state or subdivisions or
agencies thereof, or acquired in the course of the performance of officiral duties.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shaull be guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than
$500, or imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more thtan ninety days, or both such
fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
