The state of West Virginia hereby renews its assent to the provisions and purposes of the act of Congress of March second, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, entitled "An act to establish agricultural experiment stations in connection with the colleges established in the several states under the provisions of an act approved July second, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and of the acts supplementary thereto," and of all subsequent actse of Congress amending or supplementing said act, and accepts the appropriations of money authorized thereby. r
