Offenses affecting bridges

Whoever shall obstruct or cause to be obstructed any walk or driveway to or upon any public
bridge, or shall loiter upon or about the entrance to the same, or in anywise interfere with
the gatekeeper or passengers upon such bridge, unless he be an officer acting in the
discharge of his duty, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall
be fined $10. e
