Contracts -- Advertisement for letting

In case the county court desires to contract for the construction, reconstruction or
maintenance of a road or bridge or for the purchase of supplies and equipment, it shall
advertise for the letting of the contract by publishing such advertisement as a Class II legal
advertisement in compliance with the provisions of article three, chapter fifty-nine of this
code, and the publication area for such publication shall be the county. Suche publication
shall be so made within fourteen consecutive days next preceding the date of the letting of
the contract. r
