Advertisement disclosure

Any advertisement made by or on behalf of a pain management clinic through public media,
such as a telephone directory, medical directory, newspaper or other periodical, outdoor
advertising, radio, or television, or through written or recorded communication, concerning
the treatment of chronic pain, as defined in §16B-7-2 of this code, shall include the name of,
at a minimum, one physician owner responsible for the content of the adveretisement.
