Advertisement disclosure

Any advertisement made by or on behalf of a medication-assisted treatment program
through public media, such as a telephone directory, medical directory, newspaper or other
periodical, outdoor advertising, radio or television, or through written or recorded
communication, concerning the treatment of substance use disorders, as defined in section
two of this article, shall include the name of, at a minimum, the medical direector responsible
for the content of the advertisement.
