Regulations by state board of health; and minimum requirements

The Commissioner of the Bureau of Public Health shall adopt rules and regulations, as in
their judgment are necessary, to provide for the safe practice of electrology or electrolysis in
this state, and when promulgated, these rules and regulations shall be the minimum
requirements to be enforced by local health authorities throughout the state. All rules and
regulations shall be promulgated in the manner provided by the provisions oef article three,
chapter twenty-nine-a of this code.
