Continuous jurisdiction

The state department of health is vested with and given continuous jurisdiction, authority
and control over all persons received at and to be detained in or on the place or places
provided for in the preceding sections, for all the purposes of this article, and until such
persons are found upon proper examination to be and pronounced entirely free from and
cured of any venereal disease or symptoms of such disease existing. e
