The director shall maintain a list of all licensed radon testers, mitigation specialists, mitigation contractors and radon laboratories located in the state. On request, the director shall provide a copy of all or part of the list to any individual, business entity or government entity. The director shall not impose a charge for providing the copy that exceeds the actual and necessary expense of copying it. e
