West Virginia Code § 16-2D-20

Statute of limitations

The authority has a period of three years to correct violations of the provisions of this article.
The three-year period begins from the date the authority knows or should have known of the
violation. Each new act of a continuing violation shall provide a basis for restarting the
calculation of the limitations period.
