There is hereby created a statutory mortgage lien upon the water supply, wastewater transportation or treatment system, or stormwater system of the authority, which shall exist in favor of the holders of bonds hereby authorized to be issued, and each of them, and the system shall remain subject to the statutory mortgage lien until payment in full of all principal of and interest on the bonds. e
