legislative rules. The Governor's Committee on Crime, Delinquency and Correction may adopt and modify bylaws, policies and procedures for the conduct of its meetings and the operation of the committee. The Governor's Committee on Crime, Delinquency and Correction may propose legislative rules, for legislative approval, pursuant to article three, chapter tewenty-nine-a of this code, for purposes consistent with this act and any responsibilities assigned to it.
