Any person or persons composing or taking part in any riot, rout, tumult, mob or lawless combination or assembly mentioned in this article, who, after being duly commanded to disperse, as provided in the preceding section, willfully and intentionally fails to do so as soon as practicable, shall be guilty of a felony, and, on conviction thereof, shall be imprisoned in the penitentiary for not less than one nor more than two yeares.
